When and where is the wedding taking place?

Please arrive at UWA’s Tropical Grove at 3pm, with the ceremony commencing at 3:30pm. For more details on the time, location, and directions, please visit the When & Where section of our website.

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes! Kindly RSVP by October 11, 2025 to help us finalise the details. You can RSVP here or through the button in the website header.

Can I bring a plus one?

Please check your invitation for the number of guests allowed. If your invitation includes a plus-one, you’re welcome to bring a guest, but please confirm their attendance when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adult-only event. We hope this allows all of our guests to relax and enjoy the celebration. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

What should I wear?

Our dress code is black tie optional. Our guests are invited to wear formal evening attire - tuxedos or gowns if you’d like, or dark suits and evening wear. Reach out if you’re unsure, we’ll happily help guide you!

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, parking is available near the Tropical Grove at UWA. Parking is free all day on weekends (always check the parking signs). For detailed parking locations and regulations, please refer to the UWA parking map.

Will there be a reception after the ceremony?

Yes! We’re so excited to celebrate with a reception following the ceremony.

If you’re joining us for the entire celebration, you'll see the option to RSVP for both the ceremony and reception on our RSVP page.

That said, we’d love for all our guests to join us for a cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony at the Tropical Grove. It’s a special moment for everyone to come together, share a toast, and celebrate with the happy couple (us!)

How do I get to the reception after the ceremony?

We kindly ask guests attending all parts of the celebration to make their own way between venues. Ample time has been built into the schedule so everyone can travel comfortably and arrive without feeling rushed.

Is there a gift registry?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. Should you wish to honour us with a gift, a contribution to our wishing well on the day would be warmly appreciated.

What happens if I can't attend?

If you’re unable to make it, we totally understand and are grateful for your love and support from afar. Just RSVP by 11 October 2025 to let us know.

Will there be any special accommodations for guests with dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions or special needs. Dinner will be served banquet style, but separate accomodations will be made for our guests with dietary restrictions.

Can we take photos and share them on social media?

During the ceremony, we kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present in the moment - our amazing photographers will capture it all. After the ceremony, please feel free to snap, share, and celebrate with us! We’d love to see your photos and memories, so don’t forget to use #LeegallyBrignoli.
